Scope
This policy applies to service-oriented engagements such as planning sessions, workflow audits, and advisory calls delivered by Trozelonsvyx.
Rescheduling
Clients may request rescheduling with reasonable advance notice before service start time. We provide the next available suitable slot.
Cancellation and refunds
If cancellation is requested before service delivery begins, refund eligibility is determined based on preparation work already completed. Partial refunds may apply when onboarding or preparation has started.
Delivered services
After service delivery, refunds are generally unavailable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing.
Data and records
Transaction and service communication records are retained for compliance, accounting, and support handling for a legally appropriate period.
